Q: What is method of permanent hair removal do you use and how does it work?

A: Here at Moore Unique Dermatology and Spa, the method we use is Intense Pulsed Light, or IPL, to damage the hair follicle. This disables the follicle from growing hair, which means that gradually, over several consistent treatments, there is a permanent reduction in the amount of hair in that area.

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment is the best way to ensure that you receive the service you want, when you want it.

Q: How do I know what type of treatment I will need?

A: If you have read the descriptions of the services we provide, and still don’t know which treatment is right for you, then you will have a consultation with one of the estheticians, they will perform a skin analysis and recommend a treatment plan that will be specific to your skin care needs.

Q: How long are the procedures?

A: Each procedure varies, depending on what procedure or package it is.

Q: Is gratuity included in the price of the service?

A: No, tips are not included nor required, but feel free to tip at your discretion.

Q: Do you sell gift certificates?

A: Yes, we do. Gift certificates are available in any denomination, for any spa service or package.
